5/26/12 Several of Troop 121's Boy Scouts and adult leaders joined with the Girls Scouts, Brownies, Richland County Joint Veterans Council and other organizations to salute and remember our veterans on Saturday by placing over 6,000 American flags on graves at Mansfield Cemetery. Andrew W. played taps before a solemn crowd of volunteers prior to the distribution of flags. After only a few short hours, many flags could be seen flapping in the breeze over the graves of the soldiers who have past on. We will always remember. We will never forgot. |
