5/1/10 Troop 121 convened once again on Saturday, May 1, 2010 to award one of Scouting's highest honors to a deserving young man. Joseph Besecker was presented his Eagle Medallion and Eagle Badge in front of many family members and friends at the site of his Eagle Scout Project, the 1812 Blockhouse located in Mansfield Ohio's South Park. Although he faced different challenges along his road to Eagle, Joseph persevered to accomplish a long standing goal. Joe added a special part of the ceremony when he awarded Drew his Scout badge. Joe said that he "wanted to start another Scout where he had left off." Congratulations Joe! |
